About ELITE MINISTRIES

Minister Patrick Bose is a faith-based community leader, outreach worker, mentor, and advocate for restoration who was born and raised on the Southeast Side of Chicago. Growing up in a single-parent household, he searched for guidance and a sense of belonging, eventually turning to the streets in search of male mentorship and father figures. Along that journey, he became involved in gang life and made choices that later led to incarceration.

After returning home, Minister Bose began helping his mother with her church ministry, serving meals and supporting less fortunate families in the community. Although he did not initially understand the deeper purpose behind the work, the experience awakened something powerful within him. Helping others gave him a sense of fulfillment, purpose, and healing that began transforming his life.

A defining turning point came when he visited his son's grammar school and discovered his son was being bullied by children he once personally protected from bullies years earlier. In that moment, Minister Bose realized the urgent need for youth mentorship, guidance, and positive leadership in the community. That experience became the catalyst for dedicating his life to helping young people avoid the same mistakes he once made.

Minister Bose later began working with Claretian Associates, where he was sent to the Metropolitan Peace Academy (MPA). Through that training, he learned the principles of outreach work, violence intervention, mediation, trauma-informed care, and community engagement. During this process, he came to the realization that outreach and helping people had been his calling all along.

Today, Minister Patrick Bose devotes his life to restoring the same streets and communities he once helped damage. Through ELITE MINISTRIES, he works to provide mentorship, violence prevention, reentry support, spiritual guidance, financial literacy, and essential resources to underserved communities. His mission is driven by the belief that many communities do not lack talent, intelligence, or potential — they lack access to resources, support systems, and opportunities.
